Lorrie Sinclair’s past behavior disqualifies her as a judge

Lorrie Sinclair’s past performance, lawsuit against her sorority  and attempt do deny freedom to Bruce McLaughlin disqualifies her as a judicial candidate.  I am amazed that she would even put her name in the list of candidates.  First and foremost the attempt to deny Bruce McLaughlin his freedom eliminates her from consideration. Evidently, Sinclair does not see a problem with this. It cheapens the judicial system for Sinclair to even be considered for it. How can someone ascend to the bench who was involved in an attempted false conviction.

Loudoun County – Lorrie Sinclair aspires to be a candidate once again

The list of candidates who aspire to be the next judge in the 20th Circuit has been released. Incredibly , once again Lorrie Sinclair has placed her name in the running; I am stunned.  This is her third attempt to ascend to the Circuit Court bench in Loudoun County.  Fortunately for the citizens , there is one candidate on the list who is deserving of the appointment; I am speaking of Alexander Levay.

Loudoun County – Lorrie Sinclair has questions to answer

If Lorrie Sinclair is nominated to fill the upcoming vacancy on the 20th Circuit Bench, it could be a good thing. I know this is a curious statement but stop and think about it.  If she’s nominated she would have to face her critics, her critics will have a public forum, I doubt that Ms. Sinclair wants to face her critics her publicly. It could reveal how she truly approaches the legal system.
